From Concept Design to Product Validation
CREDITECH MED provides professional product development support for tattoo cartridge needles, PMU cartridges, and SMP solutions.
With engineering design, 3D modeling, prototype development, mold preparation, and product testing capabilities, we help transform ideas into reliable products ready for mass production.
3D Modeling & Engineering Design
Our tattoo cartridge needle development process begins with 3D modeling and engineering design. Our team evaluates product dimensions, cartridge structure, needle positioning, internal guidance, membrane configuration, and component assembly before physical prototyping. For OEM & ODM projects, existing designs can be modified or new cartridge structures can be developed according to specific product requirements. Digital modeling allows key design details to be reviewed and optimized before moving to the next development stage.
3D Rendering & Product Visualization
3D rendering provides a realistic visualization of a tattoo cartridge needle before physical production begins. It allows our team and customers to review product appearance, proportions, colors, materials, surface details, and branding concepts during the development process. For custom tattoo cartridge needle projects, digital visualization helps communicate design ideas more clearly and supports faster design decisions before prototype development and mold production.
3D Prototyping & Design Verification
Before mold development, selected tattoo cartridge needle designs can be converted from digital models into physical 3D-printed prototypes for design verification. Prototypes allow our engineering team to evaluate product appearance, proportions, ergonomics, component relationships, and other visible design details in a physical form. This verification stage helps identify potential improvements early, reducing unnecessary modifications during later development. The CM3 prototype shown here demonstrates part of our practical product development and validation process.
Precision Mold Development
Once the product design has been reviewed and confirmed, the project can proceed to precision mold development. Mold design is prepared according to the approved product structure, dimensions, materials, and manufacturing requirements. After tooling, molded components are evaluated through dimensional inspection, assembly testing, fit verification, and functional assessment before mass production. This structured process supports the development of consistent and manufacturable tattoo cartridge needles for both standard products and OEM & ODM projects.
