Refund & Returns Policy

At CREDITECH MED, customer satisfaction and product quality are our priorities. This Refund & Returns Policy explains the conditions under which returns, refunds, and replacements may be accepted.

1. Scope

This policy applies to wholesale, OEM, and ODM orders supplied by Suzhou Creditech Electronic Technology Co., Ltd.

2. Standard Products

For standard (non-customized) products, customers should inspect the goods immediately upon receipt.

If any manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or quantity discrepancy is found, customers must notify us in writing within 7 days after delivery.

Supporting photos, videos, or other relevant evidence may be requested to assist our investigation.

3. OEM & Customized Products

Due to the customized nature of OEM and ODM products, including custom packaging, branding, colors, molds, or specifications, customized products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless a verified manufacturing defect is confirmed by CREDITECH MED.

4. Return Authorization

No products may be returned without prior written authorization from CREDITECH MED.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.

5. Refunds

If a refund is approved after investigation, it will be processed using the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.

Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider and banking system.

6. Replacements

Where appropriate, CREDITECH MED may provide replacement products, repair solutions, or other mutually agreed remedies instead of issuing a refund.

7. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will generally not be accepted for:

• Customized OEM or ODM products
• Products damaged due to improper storage or handling by the customer
• Products modified without authorization
• Normal wear and consumable usage
• Claims submitted after the specified notification period

8. Shipping Costs

If the return is caused by a verified manufacturing quality issue, CREDITECH MED will work with the customer to determine an appropriate solution, including reasonable return shipping arrangements where applicable.

For returns not caused by product quality issues, customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
