Shipping Policy

CREDITECH MED provides worldwide shipping for wholesale and OEM/ODM orders.

Shipping Methods
• Express Courier (DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT)
• Air Freight
• Sea Freight
• Rail Freight (where available)

Lead Time
• Standard products: 7–15 business days
• OEM/ODM orders: 30–45 business days (depending on project complexity)

Shipping Terms
EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP or other agreed Incoterms.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated according to the destination, shipping method, and order quantity. The final shipping cost will be confirmed in the quotation or Proforma Invoice.

Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided after shipment whenever applicable.
